Full Product Description
KTF DISCIPLINE & FREEDOM was created for the moments when motivation is not enough.

Freedom rarely comes from doing only what feels easy. It is built through the habits, decisions, and commitments we choose to keep—even when nobody is watching.

Light this candle before working, studying, training, planning, creating, or beginning a focused routine. Let the flame become a reminder to stay consistent, protect your time, and keep moving toward the life you want to build.

At Keep The Flame, we believe the things you hear, wear, and surround yourself with can reinforce the person you are choosing to become. Discipline & Freedom brings that philosophy into your space through a ritual centered on commitment, responsibility, focus, and personal freedom.
